Albert Camus (Notebooks 1935-1942) cont.

I've been reading books like I open tabs on my computer. Finally got around to finishing Camus's Notebooks this past weekend while I sat out the rain in Olympia.

"You would not write about loneliness so much if you knew how to get the most of it." – Albert Camus.

Does this also apply to the photographic process?

Albert Camus (Notebooks 1935-1942)

"An intellectual? Yes. And never deny it. An intellectual is someone whose mind watches itself. I like this, because I am happy to be both halves, the watcher and the watched. "Can they be brought together?" This is a practical question. We must get down to it. "I despise intelligence" really means: "I cannot bear my doubts." I prefer to keep my eyes open" – Albert Camus

On Wim Wenders

October 14, 2017 by Thomas Tran

I would've never expected Wim Wenders to go down like this. A friend recently sent me this article. Before I could finish, a line by Wenders came back to me – "The more opinions you have, the less you see."
